How to complain about bad roads in Gurgaon?

HT has a story on how the Gurgaon city administration promises to fix all the bad roads in the city by the end of the current month.

Here is the good part:

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has set a target of September 30 for repairing all major and interior roads in Gurgaon.

HUDA administrator Nitin K. Yadav has also stated that people who find bad roads after the deadline can submit their complaints with photos at admnggnhuda@gmail.com.

It’s a shame that they need to rely on Gmail for receiving mails from the people of Gurgaon!

Haryana Urban Development Authority destroys Sector 31 market outlets

Well, not really the proper outlets but the ones which were encroaching the path outside the shops.

They are not just removing them. They are literally destroying them. When I was passing the market just a while back, I actually heard noises like smashing glasses.

I am not sure if I am happy with this repeated development. HUDA does not seem to be concerned about the lack of good roads in the sector. They are of course not worried about the power cuts…

They are just worried about the encroachment by poor vendors who are not rich enough to rent a proper shop in the market.

And most of these vendors are the ones which are serving affordable food in the locality. There are no cheap food serving outlets in the entire market expect for the fast food offered by them.
