Nodoubt Alcatel is one of 4 topshots in telecommunications solutions manfucturing but ALCATEL stands topmost on the whole if collectively taking every technology into account whether its FIXED , WIRELESS , BROADBAND , WIMAX , TRIPLE PLAY , TRANSMISSION…Yet the management needs to exploit the all resources to turn it into larger revenues from INDIA .
I think Alcatel India now turned Alcatel South Asia management needs to improve in takin Major decisions ..I have some concerns regarding the transparency between the management & employees..Its very low…The HR’s need to work out on it…The mail system , contacts, employees authority , Employee hiearachies , reportings , database mangement, employee satisfaction , KRAs…Everybody here is just trying to save his/her position showing the back to the industries growth… Thats something really disappointing ..
